David Bradley has worked in Architecture for twenty-seven years. Seventeen years of this experience in Educational, Five Years Health Care Facilities, five years in Residential and Commercial buildings. Currently, Six years in Hotels of all brands. The scope of work involved new construction, modernization and expansion of existing fac
David Bradley has worked in Architecture for twenty-seven years. Seventeen years of this experience in Educational, Five Years Health Care Facilities, five years in Residential and Commercial buildings. Currently, Six years in Hotels of all brands. The scope of work involved new construction, modernization and expansion of existing facilities using building types such as Wood Frame, Metal Frame, Prefabricated Metal, Masonry, Steel Frame, and Concrete Tilt-up. He has experience in project approval through local jurisdictions and state government agencies such as DSA and OSHPD.
Concurrently with architectural work, He was responsible for researching, installing, and maintained fifty seat networks for small and medium size companies for twelve years. This included setting up CAD standards and training personnel.
David can program in seven different languages, including Visual Basic, Dbase/Foxpro and program macro languages. He has developed a wide range of database and spreadsheet tools which include smart automation. His software experience include Access, Foxpro, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Datacad, Autocad, Revit, Sketchup and Photoshop.
Because of this computer programming/ technical/ and network management background he has very good understanding of incorporating new technology to architecture projects.
